We are not responsible for:
- Hiring decisions
- Accuracy of job listings
- Employer or candidate behavior
- Communication between users
UpTechJobs is a platform, not a staffing agency.
- User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features, users must create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You agree to:
- Maintain accurate and updated information
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Job Seekers
Job seekers may:
- Create a profile
- Upload resumes and documents
- Apply to jobs
- Communicate with employers
- Choose whether their profile is public or private
- Delete their data at any time
Job seekers are responsible for:
- Ensuring information in applications and resumes is truthful
- Responding appropriately to employers
- Protecting their own safety and privacy
We are not responsible for:
- Employer authenticity
- Hiring decisions
- Job guarantees
- Employers & Recruiters
Employers may:
- Post job listings
- View candidate applications
- Search resumes (if granted access)
- Communicate with job seekers
- Use paid services for increased visibility
Employers agree that all job postings must be:
- Accurate
- Legal
- Non-discriminatory
- Free of misleading or fraudulent content
Employers may not:
- Post fake jobs
- Spam candidates
- Collect data unlawfully
- Demand upfront fees from job seekers
We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates these rules.
- Payments & Paid Services
If you purchase paid services (job ads, featured listings, employer packages):
- All prices will be shown clearly before checkout
- Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party processors
- Refunds are handled case-by-case
- Abuse of chargebacks may result in account termination
UpTechJobs does not store full credit card numbers.
- Prohibited Use
You may NOT use UpTechJobs to:
- Impersonate any person or business
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Post illegal, discriminatory, or fraudulent job listings
- Spam users or scrape data
- Reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform
- Violate privacy rights or GDPR
Violations may result in suspension or legal action.
- Content Ownership & Licensing
8.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job posts, profiles, etc.).
By posting it on UpTechJobs, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Display it
- Store it
- Distribute it to employers or candidates
- Use it to operate the platform
This license ends when you delete your content or account.
8.2 Our Content
All site content, branding, text, software, and design belong to UpTechJobs.
You may not copy or distribute it without permission.
- Third-Party Links
UpTechJobs may include links to third-party sites.
We are not responsible for:
- Their content
- Their privacy practices
- Any damage resulting from their use
Use third-party sites at your own risk.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
UpTechJobs provides the platform “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that:
- Job postings are accurate
- Employers or candidates are legitimate
- You will receive job offers
- The site will be uninterrupted or error-free
The use of UpTechJobs is at your own risk.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpTechJobs is not liable for:
- Loss of income or business opportunities
- Incorrect job postings
- Misuse of data by employers or job seekers
- Technical issues or downtime
- Damages arising from communications between users
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for paid services.
- Data Protection & Privacy

By using UpTechJobs, you agree to how your data is handled as explained there.
- Termination of Use
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Abusive behavior
- Legal compliance
- Non-payment of fees (for employers)
You may also delete your account at any time.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus and applicable EU regulations.
Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Cyprus.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
